ABOUT THE PARKWAY RETIREMENT COMMUNITY
The Parkway Retirement Community offers two beautiful buildings connected by The Link. Parkway 1 at 85 Paget Street opened in 2007 and offers Independent Living with Services. Parkway 2 at 95 Paget Street opened in 2013 and offers two different lifestyles, Independent Living with Services and 55 Plus Apartments. The Link not only brings our two buildings together but also provides a guest suite and a lounge area to play pool, watch TV, or enjoy a table game with friends. Our residents, staff, services, and amenities truly make The Parkway Retirement Community a wonderful place to call home.
The Parkway Retirement Community is owned and professionally managed by Marwest Management Canada Ltd. We are a locally owned real estate development and management company with over fifty years of strong roots and deep commitments to the Winnipeg community.
